Sparkling wine with a medium intensity straw yellow colour. Aroma: Evolved aroma, already without fresh fruit notes but with beautiful jammy notes, tea, beeswax, soft toast, and dried fruits. Palate: Aromatic and delicate, very creamy, concentrated, with excellent structure and complexity. Prolonged finish marked by toasted hazelnut, honey, and lemon zest, a sophisticated and elegant sparkling wine.
